About
ApartDirect runs 125 furnished hotel apartments at Hammarby Fabriksväg 93 in Hammarby Sjöstad. The range starts at 32 m² studios and tops out with a two-storey terrace apartment of 58 m². Room cards list a stove and microwave, a flat screen with Chromecast, free wifi and a washer-dryer combination — though the company's own FAQ qualifies that last point, saying a machine is in many apartments rather than all. There is no reception. Entry is by code lock, activated at 15:00 on arrival day and switched off at 11:00 on departure day, with codes sent two days ahead. A staffed help desk in the building runs 14:30–22:00, but the page names no days, so no hours row is set. The minimum booking is two nights, rates start at SEK 699, and a crib costs SEK 400 per stay.
