Wall Wellness
Coached EMS training at Hammarby allé 102 – two trial sessions for SEK 590 and a pack of ten for 4,995. The training arm of Wall Medical.

About
Wall Wellness is the training and wellbeing venture of Wall Medical, in the same building at Hammarby allé 102 as the clinic and Skin Society, and run by the same pair, Sarah Wall and Hesam Akbari. The discipline is EMS, electrical muscle stimulation: you wear a wireless Mbody suit with the electrodes sewn in and work through active exercises while the impulses are set muscle group by muscle group. A full session holds up to about 20 minutes of active training, and a first visit takes around 45 minutes including a health declaration and walkthrough. The suit and kit are provided. Newcomers try two sessions for SEK 590, an offer valid for three months with nothing further to buy. Ten personally guided sessions cost 4,995. After 8–10 guided sessions a personal MBODY suit can be bought for 8,600–10,600, and through the first eight to ten weeks full-body sessions are kept to once a week at most. The premises also serve as a showroom for SPlan, a mirror-style digital strength system aimed at hotels, offices and property owners and shown by booked demo. No opening hours are published; free slots appear in the booking.
