Six seats sit inside beside the chocolate kitchen, which is visible from the door, with up to twelve more on the terrace outside. The shop dates from 2013. The gelato, sold under the name Sjöstaden Gelato, has been made in the same kitchen since 2021, running eight to ten flavours in high season alongside vegan, lactose-free sorbetto. Pralines are hand-painted and made without preservatives, from Felchlin chocolate in Switzerland — certified across cocoa, sugar, vanilla and coconut — and Cluizel in France. The coffee served outside comes from Lykke Coffee Farms, and Haupt Lakrits is stocked at the counter. Gelato and sorbet also leave in half-litre and one-litre tubs, preordered by phone on 070-365 27 65 for same-day collection. The Hammarby Sjöstad shop publishes no weekly hours of its own, so none are listed here.
