The lunch buffet is 165 kronor at PONG Henriksdal, Jan Inghes Torg 42 in Henriksdalshamnen, and runs on weekdays between 10:30 and 15:00. Starters, sushi, hot dishes and fried small plates are included, along with coffee or tea, and children up to ten pay 15 kronor for each year of their age. Beside the buffet there is à la carte served at the table, with sushi in three sizes: eight pieces at 125 kronor, eleven at 145 and fifteen at 175, plus a vegan eleven-piece plate at 145. The buffet table is cleared half an hour before closing. The chain opened its first restaurant on Klara Tvärgränd in 2004 and now counts twenty places in Sweden; the word pong means to meet in Chinese. Delivery runs through Wolt, Foodora and Uber Eats, and tables are booked on the restaurant own site.
