The patties are pressed flat against the plate at Rockin Grill, Hammarby Kaj 4, a method the restaurant describes as caramelising the surface while keeping the inside juicy. The concept is burgers, shakes and pan pizza, and the chain runs one more Stockholm venue, in Norra Djurgårdsstaden. Beef comes from Fällmans Kött, which butchers and prepares everything in its own plant, and the fries from Lambweston. Pizza is baked in pans ordered specially from the United States, with the restaurant own tomato sauce and mozzarella, and the milkshakes are topped with whipped cream. No price list appears on the chain site — prices show up only inside the ordering system. Collection and delivery both run through the venue own Qopla page. Open Monday to Friday 11:00–21:00 and Saturday and Sunday 12:00–21:00.
