The dining room at Tezukuri Sushi, Hammarby kaj 38, holds seventy-five guests along the canal that separates Hammarby Sjöstad from Södermalm. It was rebuilt from the ground up at the end of 2013, and the restaurant has a sister house in Ukiyo Sushi on Norr Mälarstrand. Lunch runs on weekdays from 11:00 to 15:00 with miso soup and tea or coffee: sushi A costs 114 kronor, B and C 124, the hot dishes 124 and the bento box 144. The sushi sets are Nano at eight pieces for 119 kronor, Super at eleven for 139, Jumbo at fourteen for 179, Mega at seventeen for 219 and Giga at thirty for 369. Ten-piece maki rolls are 170 kronor each, chirashi 235 and sashimi moriawase 355. Among the small plates, gyoza is 80 kronor and yakitori 135. Ordering runs on the restaurant own page.
